The American Bar Association Center for Human Rights is seeking a Program Associate to assist with day-to-day administration and regional programmatic support for regions including but not limited to Latin America and the Caribbean, Sub-Saharan Africa, Middle East and North
Africa, Eurasia, and Asia. 
Principal Duties/Job Responsibilities 
·  Implement one or more programs or projects, includes participation in program/project planning, and ensuring compliance with ABA policies. 
·  Analyzes project/program performance throughout the process to ensure projects move forward in a productive manner. 
· Provide research and writing support to program
· Serves as a point of contact for projects. 
· Communicates with member leaders and staff, including reporting on progress and results. 
· Coordinates with others on joint projects
· Administrative tasks 
· Other duties as assigned

 Education:

A Bachelor’s degree is required 

Experience
·  Preferably in an association or non-profit setting. Analytical problem-solving ability,
self-direction, project experience, research and writing skills, and meeting
planning experience. 
Preferred Qualifications & Interests
· Full working proficiency or native fluency in at least one additional UN language
strongly preferred.
