How can you make a difference?
The purpose of the consultancy is to provide technical support to UNICEF BiH and government partners with vaccine cold chain inventory, procurement, temperature monitoring systems and technical assessments of vaccine logistics and distribution in the entities of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH) and Republika Srpska (RS) as well as District Brcko (DB).
To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have:
- University degree in one of the following fields is required: public health/nutrition planning and management, MNCH, pediatric health, family health, health policy and/or management, epidemiology, engineering, or another relevant technical field
- At least 5 years of experience in vaccine logistics, cold chain, supply chain
- Knowledge of the latest development in the field of temperature monitoring systems and/or cold chain equipment management.
- Experience in conducting health supply chain assessments, Effective Vaccine Management assessments would be an added value.
- Fluency in English and Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian is required.
