Summary of position:
The Program Assistant CSDP (LE-05) provides daily administrative support and services; provides and creates information and/or documentation, supporting regional focus by engaging in administrative interactions and proactively cooperating with regional offices and missions relating to normal job duties. Provides support and participates in ongoing CSDP program activities as well as the rollout and implementation of wider regional initiatives being implemented across the International Platform Network. Monitors service delivery levels and prepares reports for the Operations Manager.
Under general supervision, provides advice and assistance to the Operations Manager, in the establishment and management of the CSDP abroad; research and dissemination of information in all areas of administration of the CSDP and coordination of Regional Calls and Workshop events. Responds to service requests from clientele, co-ordinates business processes for new additions to the service line, researches and responds to enquiries from HQ stakeholders. Performs other duties as required.


Essential qualifications:
Education: Government recognized University degree in any discipline

Language: Fluency in English language (written and oral).

Experience: At least two (2) years of recent (within the past four (4) years) work experience in:
– providing administrative support in an office environment.
– liaising and working with clients (internal or external), partners or stakeholders

Computer Skills: MS-Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet.

The appointment of the successful candidate will be subject to a Reliability Check (RC) obtained by the Management. To conduct the Reliability Check (RC), the candidate will have to submit the following documents on being selected by the mission.
• Police clearance certificate (Character Certificate)
• Letter of recognition from your bank stating your name, years of client service and your address
• Professional and educational certificates and mark sheets (i.e., academic transcripts)
