How can you make a difference?
The Planning, Monitoring and Reporting (PMR) Section, UNICEF Thailand Country Office (TCO) is seeking an individual consultant to draft and elaborate the CPD and related documents.
Work Assignment:
- Review key programme documents (Common Country Assessment – CCA, UNICEF Thailand light SitAn, studies and evaluations, SMR strategic intent, Programme Strategy Notes – PSNs, draft UNSDCF 2022-2026, review reports, etc.).
- Based on the above and adhering to UNICEF CPD development guidance, draft the Country Programme Document (CPD), including the Integrated Results and Resource Framework (IRRF) under the supervision of the Deputy Representative and in consultation with PMR and Programme Sections.
- Incorporate feedback from UNICEF and finalize the Country Programme Document (2022-2026) – narrative and IRRF.

Estimated Duration of Contract: 10 working days during March – August 2021
Qualifications or Specialized Knowledge/Experience Required:

- Advanced university degree in Social Science, International Development or related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of professional relevant experience and proven expertise with planning and development, including strong understanding of UN’s relevant Programming Guidelines on
UNSDCF process, UNICEF CPD process, Gender Equality, Human Rights Based Programming (HRBP) approach and Results Based Management (RBM). - Previous work experience with UNICEF in a similar capacity is an advantage.
- Familiarity with integrated programme design is required.
- Strong writing and analytical skills for quality writing (sample of a recent analytical report will be requested).
- Strong communication skills in English (fluency required).
- Strong coordination skills and ability to adhere to deadlines.
