The British Red Cross Society (BRC) UK Office invites proposals from experienced companies, institutions or teams of consultants for the supply of services for a final evaluation of the BRC AMIRA Programme.
The AMIRA Programme aims to facilitate access to basic services and the respect of migrants’ rights along the migratory routes, through the provision of humanitarian assistance, basic health support, livelihood, psychosocial support, protection, information and awareness-raising. In addition, it supports national partner societies to inform their respective national governments, the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), the International Organization for Migration (IOM), the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and other relevant partners of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement policy and key messages related to Migration.
The purpose of the consultancy is to provide a final evaluation of the impact of the AMiRA Programme. The evaluation will last approximately 5 months from November 2020 – March 2021.
The Request for Proposals package contains the Request for Proposal (RFP), Terms of Reference and our Standard Terms and Conditions as well as other reference documents. Please note that the terms of reference are also available in French but all other documents will be in English.

Bidders are requested to provide full and accurate contact details when requesting the Request for Proposals package so that they can be advised of any changes or additional information related to this Request for Proposals.
How to apply
Proposal submissions must be submitted in soft copy by 17.00 on Friday 2nd October 2020 (BST) at the latest, to [email protected].** Bidders are encouraged to apply in good time ahead of the deadline.
Bidders must meet all the requirements specified in the RFP documents and are therefore advised to go through the RFP documents carefully before submission and be certain that they are able to comply with the specified terms & conditions.
Proposals received after the submission deadline will not be accepted. Bidders are responsible for the submission of their proposals on time and in accordance with the instructions within the RFP documents. British Red Cross bears no responsibility for the costs or any delay for submission of the Proposal.
The British Red Cross reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the proposals without assigning any reason whatsoever and is not bound to accept the lowest bid.
