We are looking for a Data Operations Co-ordinator at a pivotal time of transition and change for the organisation.

What you’ll be doing:

In this role, you will ensure that all of the data aspects of our marketing or other public facing activity is correctly set up, briefed and tested.

You will also ensure the integrity of our data, our data compliance and the overall experience in those supporter touchpoints where we are capturing or using data as well as internal and external stakeholders understand the requirements in these areas and adopt them.

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:

  • Strong organisational and planning skills and a logical and clear approach to workload management
  • Able to work with limited supervision, making decisions and problem solving across a range of issues, which are often highly unpredictable in type, content, or circumstance
  • Experience of working with or briefing fulfilment houses or data processing agencies
  • Adaptable and pragmatic approach to change and difficult situations
  • Operationally and data minded, able to analyse and communicate complex information to a wide range of audiences
