Desk study and evaluation framework on child protection

World Vision Germany is looking for a consultant to do a desk study on child protection and elaboration of an evaluation framework for assessing child protection field work in projects of World Vision Germany.

Expected qualifications of the consultant:

• Strong expertise in the sector of child protection in relation to development cooperation and/or humanitarian interventions both in academic discourse and practice

• Expertise in evaluation in the fields of development cooperation and/or humanitarian interventions is desirable.

• Experience with faith-based organizations

• full professional proficiency in English
