Job Summary
The Director (I) of Supply Chain Systems and Performance provides leadership, strategic vision and a roadmap for execution to the CRS’s Supply Chain Supply Chain Systems and Performance objectives. S/he reports to the Senior Director for Global Supply Chain Management.
The Director of Supply Chain Systems and Performance is responsible for leading the implementation and usage of ERP system supply chain modules. S/he manages the Master Data Manager and Business Process Owners to ensure proper systems implementation and usage, responsive master data management, timely and effective system updates, system adherence to policies and procedures, analysis and communication of KPIs to ensure continuous improvement, and effective use of complementary technologies. S/he must work closely with the other GSCM Directors, the Regional Technical and Implementation Advisors, and other functional workstreams to accomplish team goals.
Roles and Key Responsibilities

Leads the Insight-Supply Chain team, and is ultimately responsible for:

Design of the global architecture of the system, including acting as the lead for any future adjustments to design.

Setting a clear, long-term master data management strategy, which includes global support for system maintenance, and setting clear standards for the editing of master data.

Oversight of the implementation, working to help ensure that milestones are met, and that the SCM stream is adhering to the master workplan

Be the primary point of contact between GSCM and the Insight PMO
-
Responsible for regular updates and monthly reports on project status, challenges, and solutions.

In collaboration with GKIM, identifies and helps to deploy ICT solutions that help CRS improve operations, especially for the last mile.

Ensures harmonization with ERP system and other relevant technologies/systems.

Performance
-
Leads the global strategy for the development and use of supply chain indicators. Works with the MEAL Department to create and maintain a global monitoring and evaluation, as well as continuous improvement strategy for supply chain at CRS. Works with her/his staff to maintain a repository of relevant indicators, as well as tools for data collection and analysis.

Reports to the GSCM Sr. Director and other executives on key findings of performance indicators.

Works with the STAR team to help country programs invest and properly use KPIs to improve their performance.

Develop case studies and white papers on CRS supply chain performance to be referenced in proposals or other promotional needs.

Work with other organizations to establish and promote industry terms and KPIs to achieve industry-wide benchmarking and analysis.
General -
Serve as member of the GSCM Leadership team to help set and oversee short- and long-term strategies for the department.

Act as a representative in relevant industry meetings, including on learning strategy, MEAL, and ICT4D.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in supply chain management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field required. Equivalent work experience will be considered.

5+ years implementing and/or supporting Finance and Supply Chain ERP applications, preferably Oracle Cloud
-
Experience with an international development organization preferred. Experience with Finance and Supply Chain business processes within Non- Governmental Organizations preferred
-
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams across various time zones (i.e. Africa, Europe/Middle East, Asia, Americas)

Working fluency with Microsoft Sharepoint and Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet) required.
