About the opportunity:
* Palladium is positioning itself to respond to several Design-Implement Requests for Tenders (RFT’s) for the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT).
* We are seeking individuals / organisations who are experienced in leading and overseeing the development of program and facility designs for the Australian Aid program.
* The individuals / organisations will also need experience in contributing to the development of technical proposals.
The following are desirable, but not necessary:
* Experience developing and or contributing to DFAT tenders and design;
* Experience in the Pacific and or ability to draw on a network of individuals;
* Expertise in one or more of the following sectors, agriculture, economic growth, education, infrastructure, health, skills training, and TVET; and
* Knowledge of DFAT aid policies and strategies, and other relevant government policies is desirable.
