What we are looking for
The Global Learning Event needs a professional consultant to facilitate workshop to gather perspective, feedback, and input from all participant in exploring and documenting knowledge and lesson learned. The Global Learning Event will apply the learning methodology for past reflection, as well as identify issues and recommend exit strategy needed for the project sustainability in Indonesia. Oxfam in Indonesia seeks consultant (team) with a strong record in conducting learning facilitation, particularly in youth empowerment issue. The consultant should have excellent knowledge and experience on civil society organization on youth empowerment issue and focus to bring learning value into practice and build positive recommendation.
Deliverables
- Facilitation methods design and detailed agenda/rundown
- Facilitation during all the events
- Concept of online product exhibition and its preparation
- Event proceedings as report consist of the process and result of learning and workshop (including videos and photos
Objectives
- Designing workshop scheme and setting for 4 days discussion process with Oxfam in Indonesia together with related organization partners.
- Facilitation during all the events
- Reporting the learning and workshop results.
- Coordinating with GLE support team of Oxfam in Indonesia

Proposal Submission
Interested consultant should submit their proposal (max. 5 pages) that explain:
- Proposed full online facilitation methods for all participants
- A capacity statement describing experience in conducting facilitation of evaluation and learning event.
- A detailed budget in IDR for both scenarios
- CVs of key personnel who will be engaged in the Global Learning Event
- 2-3 references that can be contacted regarding the quality of the previous facilitation work.
