We seek a Finance Director for the upcoming U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Global Health Training, Advisory, and Support Contract (GHTASC). The purpose of the contract is to promote effective global health programming and advance the mission of the USAID Bureau for Global Health (GH) through workforce development and institutional support services.

Note: This position is contingent on contract away.

The Finance Director will be responsible for the program’s overall financial aspects, establishing and maintaining sound budget management practices to ensure its compliance with USAID procedures, policies, and regulations. S/he will develop tracking systems and budget reports to provide detailed information for on-demand cost allocation, pipeline analysis, and forecasting for multiple funding sources.

  • A graduate degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Ten years of directly applicable work experience in the field of financial management and budget analysis.
  • Experience in senior management of U.S. Government contracts of similar complexity to GHTASC.
  • Well-versed in USAID and USG regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Broad management expertise and experience in setting up administrative and financial systems.
  • Broad financial and management expertise and experience.
  • Excellent leadership, management, and written and oral communication skills.
