Foreign Service Limited Position Opportunity:Health Development Officer (Cross Sector) – FL-0685-02

The incumbent would provide key leadership in FP/RH cross-sectoralissues such as youth, health systems strengthening and FP/HIV integration for FP/RH service delivery. The position would serve as senior advisor and technical authority on FP/RH cross sectoral approaches,which are vital to the achievement of USAID’s goal of expanding access to high-quality FP/RH servicesto reduce unintended pregnancy and promote healthy reproductive behaviors in developing countries. The position would coordinate between GH/PRH and regional and pillar Bureau colleagues in strategicplanning, analysis, design, implementation, research, and evaluation of FP/RH programs including, butnot limited to, integration of FP/RH with adolescents and youth, HIV and COVID-19 programming. Thisposition would ensure that FP/RH cross-sectoral interventions are integrated into other public healthareas as well as non-health activities. This position will coordinate the application of the Agency YouthPolicy to FP/RH work.
