GENERAL COORDINATOR – BANGLADESH

Education:

·        Master’s degree in humanitarian assistance, development, public health, international relations, or other relevant field

Work experience:

·        At least 3 years of work experience in the humanitarian and/or development sector as project manager or related position

·        Field-level experience with an international NGO

Skills and qualities:

·        Demonstrated experience in project management, monitoring and evaluation

·        Sound knowledge of GBV thematic and/or health in emergencies

·        Experience working in displacement context, knowledge of the Rohingya response is an asset

·        Excellent coordination skills

·        Experience in donor report writing and donor liaison

·        Experience in context analysis and assessments

·        Experience in partnership development;

·        Motivated and adherence to MdM principles

·        Patience and excellent diplomatic skills

Language requirements:

·        Excellent spoken and written English

·        French and/or Bangla is an advantage
