Expériences / Formation
Education:
- Master’s degree in humanitarian assistance, development, public health, international relations, or other relevant field
Work experience:
- At least 3 years of work experience in the humanitarian and/or development sector as project manager or related position
- Field-level experience with an international NGO
Skills and qualities:
- Demonstrated experience in project management, monitoring and evaluation
- Sound knowledge of GBV thematic and/or health in emergencies
- Experience working in displacement context, knowledge of the Rohingya response is an asset
- Excellent coordination skills
- Experience in donor report writing and donor liaison
- Experience in context analysis and assessments
- Experience in partnership development;
- Motivated and adherence to MdM principles
- Patience and excellent diplomatic skills
Language requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- French and/or Bangla is an advantage
Salaire
CONDITIONS
Salaried position, general coordinator
Fixed term contract for 12 months renewable.
Expected starting date: December 2020
