GIZ Tender Jordan 81271719 – Member of Short Term Expert Network

Job Description:

ipcenter.at is a private vocational education provider from Vienna with 20 years of experience. For a planned GIZ-funded skills development project in Jordan (81271719), we are currently looking for international experts to be part of the projects „short-term expert network“ (2021-2023).

The project is about developing and implementing a Labour Market Monitoring and Information System for the local labour market authorities, with a focus on the healthcare labour market.

Tasks of the short-term expert network:

· Subject-related consulting for the development of an online platform for the prognosis and analysis of the national labour market needs and the national supply of workers in the health sector.

· Subject-related consulting for the development of a concept for data collection

· Subject-related consulting for the development of a procedure for the regular evaluation of the data collected by the above-mentioned platform

· ▪ Evaluation of the data

· ▪ Creation of the database for a reporting on a regular basis

· ▪ Supporting the set up and maintenance of the online platform;

· ▪ Training of 250 national experts for the adoption of the platform by a stakeholder at

· national level (Ministry of Health or Ministry of Labour, or similar governing body)

· Qualifications of the short-term experts:

• Education/training (2.4.1): University degree (bachelor’s or equivlanet) in

· 1 expert with a degree in medical or health care science

· 1 expert with a degree in economics

· 1 expert with a degree in ICT or engineering science

• Language (2.4.2): Knowledge of English, C1 in the Common European Framework of

· Reference for Languages (each)

• General professional experience (2.4.3):

· 1 expert with 5 years of professional experience in the labour market sector

· 2 experts with 5 years of professional experience (each) in the health care

· sector

· 1 expert with 5 years experience in digital data management or IT systems

· management

• Specific professional experience (2.4.4):

· 2 experts with 5 years of professional experience in health/nursing care

· management,

· 1 expert with 2 years of professional experience in nursing education

· 1 expert with 5 years experience in application design
