The Role

Oxfam International Secretariat is looking for a Head of Business Support Unit Development to design, develop and implement the process of an ‘Executing Affiliate’ (EA) Business Support Unit which will deliver high quality business support to countries.

Who we’re looking for

You will have demonstrable, significant experience in a relevant, position in an INGO and be able to demonstrate knowledge, understanding and experience of the key business functions that support country operational needs. You will be experienced at designing and delivering complex change processes. You will be a successful influencer, able to form and strengthen successful relationships with diverse stakeholders. You will be committed to Oxfam’s values and feminist principles, role-modelling these in the way you lead and manage others.
