We are looking for a Head of Creative Hub at a pivotal time of transition and change for the organisation.

The Role

In this role, you will lead and inspire the creative hub responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal customer:

  • Respond to the needs of OGB in a range of materials that tell our story
  • Determine and hold Oxfam’s creative strategy and propose creative ideas to serve Oxfam and the division’s strategic goals
  • Implement Oxfam’s brand and be the manager of our visual identity
  • Ensure appropriate translation services so our materials can be communicated as needed.

What we are looking for

We’re looking for a candidate who cares about Oxfam’s mission to end poverty, is personally aligned to the values of empowerment, accountability and inclusion in all you do and is a role model for our feminist leadership principles.

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:

  • A self-aware leader who makes a positive impact on others
  • Experience managing performance of others and helping people to develop, grow and achieve their potential, including increasing diversity and inclusion in teams and / or workplaces
  • Experience of successful development, implementation and oversight of a creative story and narrative
  • Experience of leadership of a client facing function
  • Negotiating and influencing at corporate level –internally and externally
  • Demonstrable sound and swift judgement to take tough decisions, using critical information gathering
  • Good performance management ability, managing expectations, projects, costs, short- and long-term planning.

We think this role would work as fully or partially home-based. We will discuss other options of part time or job-share for this role during the recruitment process.

Hours: 36 hours per week

Salary: £39,655 – £51,816
