HR and Administration Manager
The HR and Administration Manager heads the dual function of Human Resources and Administration.
As the Head for HR, the incumbent oversees and ensures the timely completion of all HR processes across our whole organization — Staffing and On-boarding, Staff Learning and Development, Performance Management, Rewards and Benefits Administration, and Organizational Development. Likewise, as the Head for Administration, the incumbent also manages and ensures a smooth Office operations and services, undertakes property management for our office resources, and supervises all service providers supporting the organization. Lastly, being in a managerial role, the incumbent is also responsible for alignment to government and legal requirements, as well as professional and industry norms for the functions.
The incumbent reports to the Director for Operations and joins the larger Consuelo Foundation managerial team, providing advice, support, and partnership in carrying out the organization’s mission and objectives. S/He also supervises and mentors two staff.
Qualifications and Competencies Required
● Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration or related fields. Master’s level education preferred.
● Minimum six (6) years relevant experience in HR management, and at least three (3) years in administration, preferably in non-profit sector or corporate foundations
● Managerial experience for at least three (3) years in HR or Administration function, including proven experience in mentoring and developing staff
● Working knowledge of labor laws, property management, and related professional standards
● Proven integrity and high moral standards in the conduct of work
● Ability to organize, multi – task and prioritize on concurrent urgencies
