Experience / Training
• You hold an Humanitarian Administration (e.g. Bioforce qualification) and/or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (HR, administration)
• You have at least 5 years of experience HR Manager / Coordinator in a professional organization
• You have relevant experiences on training and local capacity building
• You have proven experience in tools development and HR policies design
• You have experiences in coordination at country level
• You have a previous experience with HI, in the middle East is a plus
Salairy
• Starting date : 15/02/2021
• Length of the contract: 6 months
• Salary from 2750 € gross/month regarding the experience of the candidate
• Perdiem : 500 € net/month
• Hardship allowance : 500 € net/month
• Insurances : medical hearth coverage, retirement planning, repatriation
• Paid holiday : 25 days per year
• R&R : 5 days every 8 weeks
• Status : position unaccompanied
• Housing : Collective taken in charge by HI
