The United Nations Development Programme in Jamaica is looking to engage an individual consultant to to develop a proposal for a licensing and quota framework for HFC in Jamaica, against the background of the Montreal Protocol and the Kigali Amendment.
The consultant will report directly to the Programme Analyst, Capacity Development, UNDP Jamaica.
Proposals should be submitted in English by email no later than Thursday, June 24th, 2021 at 15:00 (Jamaica time, UTC/GMT -5), using the following subject line: IC 145056 HFC Consultant . Offers received after the aforementioned date and time will not be considered.
