FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
Under the direct guidance of the Line Manager, the Installation Manager is primary responsible in overseeing the solar installation services. He will be directly supervising Installation Officers for the whole Northern Samar operations.
SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS
· Provide technical assistance to installers, technicians or other solar professionals and other non-technical staff for better understanding of installation works
· Work closely with the line manager; plans and coordinates schedules of monthly activities of Installations Officers which should be approved by the Operations Manager
· Monitor the Installation Officers to ensure that the systems are installed properly and efficiently, as well as monitoring the Area Field Officers (AFOs) in ensuring that aftersales service are provided and while conducting maintenance tasks, as needed in the community.
· Visit identified communities and municipalities to define solar system needs and requirements **
· Coordinate or schedule house inspections in preparation for solar system installation**
· Identify means to reduce costs, minimize risks, or increase efficiency of solar installation projects.
· Recommend any purchases/procurement of materials needed for any installation activities
· Conduct field activities with the Installation Officers, performs installation activities as needed
· Carry out technical reporting and manage stakeholder relationship with the fund and its partners
· Monitor systems software in order to anticipate needs in preventive maintenance and follow-up consumption of the community
Job Requirements

Must have completed a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology or any electrical related courses**

Should have at least 3-4 years working experience in the related field with experience in handling staff**

Must be keen to details and must be strict in following the principles and guidelines of the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC)**

Knowledge in Renewable Energy and Solar solutions is an advantage but not a must**

Must have a good communication skill, both written and spoken English**

Must have a valid driving license**
