This internship is for a UX Research Intern position that will be reporting the TerraMatch team, with the goal of supporting key user research initiatives that will help us create a stronger product for global restoration finance and monitoring. TerraMatch is a global multi-language platform that connects people who run vetted tree-growing projects with people who want to fund their work in a simple way. The platform recently launched a built-in project monitoring system, and is collaborating with WRI’s monitoring team to integrate remote sensing techniques to detect new tree growth.
Below are some of the responsibilities of the role:
• Work with TerraMatch team to scope out achievable user research projects for internship timeframe
• Create interview scripts and other assets as needed
• Conduct user interviews with project developers and funders around the world
• Analyze user research results and report on findings to guide product strategy for 2021-2022
