International Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a temporary 7 months position for 30 hours a week.

Overview

As an International Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the opportunity to hire talent for WRI positions with employees who will make a measurable difference in our organization and the environment. We hire approximately 80 new staff every year in our different programmatic areas and centers. In this newly created position, you will work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition Team based in the US, and you will primarily manage searches for positions located in Europe. You will play a crucial role by hiring the best talent possible quickly and efficiently and provide potential employees with an exceptional candidate experience. Ideally, you will bring a passion for our mission, an eagerness to work in a fast-paced recruiting environment and possess a customer service orientation, a deadline focused lens, keen eye for detail, impressive organization skills and a great attitude.

 Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process of positions from entry-level to executive for offices in London and The Hague as well as remote workers throughout Europe and other international offices
  • Support the global Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) on international searches
  • Conduct in-person and virtual interviews/phone screen with potential candidates
  • Coordinate on-site and remote interviews between candidates and recruiters across multiple locations, which may include booking interview spaces, tracking hiring team participation, and communicating schedule details with candidates
  • Welcome candidates on-site and provide as-needed assistance throughout interview, ensuring a great candidate experience
  • Complete reference checks and administer work sample exercises
  • Negotiate offers and close searches
  • Support reporting and analysis requirements

 Job Qualifications 

  • Master’s degree and minimum of three years of relevant, full-time work experience (or a bachelor’s degree with an additional two years of work experience)
  • Experience running senior-level searches independently
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to think on their feet, be flexible, and multi-task in a rapidly changing environment while providing exceptional service to candidates and employees
  • Ability to work with individuals across all levels and functions
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Strong reporting skills, including ability to extract, evaluate, and present data
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office product suites
  • Knowledge of Jobvite and or other applicant tracking systems is required
