The Role

We are looking for IT professional under framework agreement for a year who can physically visit to our Jakarta office whenever it is requested and help us in analyzing the situation and advise us the possible solutions to the problems and troubleshoot the problems where required.

Scope of Services

• Basic trouble shooting across IT service deliveries to Oxfam employees,
• Trouble shooting of Network, if required perform server connection check and internet connection check
• Maintenance of server room if required perform hardware maintenance such as hardware replacement, diagnose and identify source of problem.
• hardware maintenance for PC and Peripherals, Hardware condition check for IT equipment such as Router, access point, etc.
• Deploying new software on new user laptops,
• Update software installation on computers available in Stock and who cannot be updated via remote support
• Moving data safely from Oxfam’s internal storage drive to Box Cloud if required incase
• Any other ad hoc IT services if required.

How to apply

Proposal Consideration:

• We are looking for individuals/ companies to sign a framework agreement who can provide above mentioned support services from time to time on need basis, where physical presence of IT professional is really required in our Jakarta office.
• In case of individuals/companies applying for framework agreement we expect them to nominate one focal professional who will get training from IT Officer and will be responsible to ensure the compliance with data protection rules practiced by Oxfam.
• Oxfam will request separately for every assignment to quote number of hours required to complete the assignment.
• We seek your quotation in form of hourly rates and whenever there will be any service required, the number of hours will be agreed over the course of actual services, depending on the individual tasks.
• The focal person should be based in Jakarta to ensure timely and efficient response.
• Oxfam will not provide any separate travel cost to reach in Jakarta office.

Expected date to Commence the contract is from start of August 2021 for one year
