Introduction
UNDP in Viet Nam is looking for a national firm/organization for Action Research and Technical Advice to Foster Inclusive and Sustainable Urban Development in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh city.
Objective of the assignment: To promote inclusive urban governance by enhancing the participation, representation, and voice of vulnerable groups (such as persons with disabilities and outdoor workers) in urban planning and decision-making, with a sectoral focus on public transport development and the adaptive reuse of public spaces to make sure they are accessible, inclusive, and climate resilient.
Duration of assignment: March – December 2026
