• Crew Supervisor
• Assistant Crew Leader (ACL)
• Crew Members (ages 16–25)

HISTORIC PRESERVATION CREW — BANDELIER NATIONAL MONUMENT

Join a conservation and historic preservation crew working on Pueblo-era ruins and historic structures in Bandelier National Monument. This crew supports cultural preservation through hands-on fieldwork using both traditional and modern techniques.

• Historic structure stabilization and preservation
• Archaeological site support and monument maintenance
• Grounds beautification and resource protection
• Learning Park Service preservation methods and cultural history

SEASON DETAILS:
June 1 – July 31, 2026
Monday–Friday | 8:00am–4:30pm
Weekends + federal holidays off

PAY + BENEFITS:

• Crew Supervisor: $18.00/hour (before taxes), paid biweekly — overtime eligible
• Assistant Crew Leader (ACL): $690/week stipend (before taxes) $1,565 AmeriCorps Education Award upon completion
• Crew Members: $650/week stipend (before taxes) $1,565 AmeriCorps Education Award after completion

YOU SHOULD BE:

• Able to work outdoors in all weather 
• Comfortable doing physical labor (hiking, lifting up to 50 lbs, using tools 
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Willing to learn and grow
• New Mexico resident
