Control Risks: Associate Consultant – Mexico City


We are seeking a highly organized, business-oriented, and detail-driven professional to support the delivery of operational security across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean.

This role serves as a central coordination point between consultants, field teams, subcontractors, finance, and clients, ensuring efficient service delivery, commercial alignment, and administrative excellence.

The position offers strong exposure to real-world security operations, project coordination, client engagement, and consulting workflows. It is ideal for candidates looking to develop within a dynamic, high-performance operational security consulting environment.

Tasks and responsibilities

Operational Coordination & Logistics

  • Coordinate protective services, secure transportation, and embedded personnel assignments
  • Support operational projects from initiation through completion
  • Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and external partners

Administrative Management & Control

  • Maintain project trackers, operational documentation, and reporting tools
  • Manage invoices, purchase orders, and financial tracking activities
  • Ensure timely and accurate administrative close-out of projects

Commercial & Consulting Support

  • Assist in proposal preparation, pricing structures, and quotations
  • Prepare client-facing documentation (reports, presentations, scopes of work)
  • Support communication and follow-up with clients regarding deliverables

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain oversight of multiple requests and ongoing assignments
  • Ensure timely delivery, operational continuity, and quality standards
  • Coordinate requirements across internal and external stakeholders

Field Support

  • Participate in field-based operational security assignments
  • Support event security coordination and protective services tasks
  • Contribute to deliverables such as operational reports, journey management plans, and risk-based recommendations
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in logistics coordination, operations support, project coordination, security-related administration, consulting support, or similarly structured operational environments
  • Preferred prior exposure to operational security, secure transportation, embedded staffing, event security, or related security support environments.
  • Basic understanding of task structures, risk-based operational planning, and security terminology.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
