Program Background
DT Global has been engaged by the Australian Government’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) to manage the Building Community Engagement in Papua New Guinea (BCEP) Program. BCEP represents a significant investment in promoting participatory democracy in PNG, with a goal to strengthen citizen-government engagement for improved service delivery and provision of public goods.

The Role
The CPP GEDSI Manager is member of the Church Partnership Program team and is responsible for promoting inclusive development outcomes within church partnerships. This is a leadership position, tasked with overseeing and driving the integration of GEDSI principles and practices across CPP activities. The role involves strategic planning, coordination, capacity building, and advocacy to advance inclusive development outcomes within church partnerships and beyond. About You

Selection Criteria:

· Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.

· At least minimum of eight years of relevant GEDSI experience with know-how of transformational GEDSI through twin-track GEDSI mainstreaming and GEDSI-specific projects and programs. Specific experience in disability inclusive development and youth development is desirable.

· Demonstrated experience of effectively incorporating GEDSI principles into development projects.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the capacity to motivate and engage diverse stakeholders in pursuit of shared objectives.

· Ability to manage and nurture complex relationships with CPP partners, BCEP and other stakeholder, and being culturally sensitive in all interactions.

· Experience in planning, designing, and implementing capacity building initiatives and facilitating organizational changes processes.

· Familiar with M&E methodologies, adaptive management approaches, and policy influencing strategies.

· Excellent time management and organisational skills.

· Fluency in English with strong writing skills. Knowledge of Tok Pisin language desirable.
