Summary of Requirements

Within the ExB Project “SPU Management Support: Programme Implementation Unit”, it is foreseen to conduct a staff retreat for SPU staff on 20-23 January 2026. The retreat topic: supporting ourselves, phase II: the role of the team and the office in supporting staff member; team building exercises.
