Seeking a Mission-Driven Executive Director

As part of a planned leadership transition, Partners for Health Foundation (PFH) in Montclair, NJ is seeking a mission-driven Executive Director to lead the Foundation’s next chapter of advancing health equity.

PFH is a private grantmaking foundation focused on improving health by addressing the social and structural factors that influence well-being. Through deep community relationships, learning, strategic and responsive grantmaking, and advocacy aligned with our values, PFH partners with nonprofits and community leaders to advance more equitable outcomes.

The Executive Director will serve as a collaborative and strategic leader, working closely with a highly engaged Board and dedicated staff team to steward resources responsibly, strengthen community partnerships, and guide the Foundation’s role as a trust-based, place-based philanthropic partner.
