description: 01 National Firm/organization to implement interventions related to economic empowerment theme in the Responsible Sourcing Initiative (RSI) in the Northern region.

Duration: November 2025 – October 2026

Overall objective:<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal;font-variant-east-asian: normal;font-variant-alternates: normal;font-size-adjust: none;font-kerning: auto;font-optical-sizing: auto;font-feature-settings: normal;font-variation-settings: normal;font-variant-position: normal;font-variant-emoji: normal;font-stretch: normal;line-height: normal;”> The objective of this assignment is to implement interventions to increase economic empowerment and livelihood for T2 – T4 throughout the plastic recycling value chain that contributed to improved responsibly recycled plastic waste in Viet Nam. Specifically, this assignment will aim to:

– Increase business productivity and compliance (in registration, reporting, and documentation) for T2 – T4.

– Increase access to low-interest finance for business expansion, along with improve financial management capacity for T2 – T3.
