INVITATION TO BID

Supply of IT Equipment with Installation and Commissioning to Government Institutions of Sri Lanka .

UNDP Sri Lanka’s Flagship Portfolio on SDG16, Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions brings together inclusive governance and peacebuilding work under one umbrella. The Portfolio is implemented by UNDP as part of its Country Programme and the United Nations Sustainable Development Framework and enables the provision of cohesive and integrated support to Sri Lanka.

Following a multi-disciplinary mission on Economic Governance in June 2023, UNDP developed a framework offer of support to the Government on Economic Governance.  Strengthening Anti-Corruption and Integrity remains a key pillar within this framework.


UNDP also Support to Justice Sector Project – JURE. Launched in 2022 with funding from the European Union and in collaboration with UNICEF and the Ministry of Justice, JURE aims to enhance access to justice, and support reformation of the justice sector through innovation and digital transformation. The project prioritizes provision of legal aid, gender equality, public participation, data-driven decision-making, and technology-driven solutions.
As part of these efforts,United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Sri Lanka wishes to call for Invitation To Bid  from qualified service providers to provide a Bid for Supply, Installation, Commissioning of IT equipment at Government Institutions.
 
This tender comprised of 9  LOTs.

•    Lot 1: The scope of work includes the supply, installation, and commissioning of 50 Laptop computers at Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption at Colombo 07, Sri Lanka. 
•    Lot 2: The scope of work includes the supply, installation, and commissioning of 35 Laptop computers at Attorney General’s Department and Legal Aid Commission of Sri Lanka.
•    Lot 3 : The scope of work includes the supply, installation, and commissioning of 12 Desktop computers with Accessories at three Anti-Corruption Courts located at Hultsdorf St, Colombo 12  
•    Lot 4 : The scope of work includes the supply, installation, and commissioning of 64 Desktop computers with Accessories at Attorney General’s Department and Legal Aid Commission of Sri Lanka
•    Lot 5: The scope of work includes the supply, installation, and commissioning of 06 High-yield, office networked laser printer with scanning and copying capability at three Anti-Corruption Courts located at Hultsdorf St, Colombo 12  
•    Lot 6 : The scope of work includes the supply, installation, and commissioning of  35 Network Multi-Function Colour Printers with scanning and copying capability  at Attorney General’s Department and Legal Aid Commission of Sri Lanka.
•    Lot 7 : The scope of work includes the supply, installation, and commissioning of 02 Video conferencing systems at Anti-Corruption Courts located at Hultsdorf St, Colombo 12
•    Lot 8 :  The scope of work includes the supply, installation, and commissioning of 07 External Storage Devices and 91 Web cameras at Attorney General’s Department and Legal Aid Commission of Sri Lanka.
•    Lot 9: The scope of work includes the supply of 50 Handheld QR Scanners to Attorney General’s Department and Legal Aid Commission of Sri Lanka
