Introduction

ITB_001_2026_Construction of Evacuation Shelters in Khammouane, Salavan and Champasak Provinces.

Scope of Work
Requirements are comprised of the following Lots:

Lot 1: Evacuation Shelters in Khammouane province:

1.      Nasok village, Yommalat district

2.      Khamkeo village, Hinboun district

3.     Khounmany village, Khounkham district

 

Lot 2: Evacuation Shelters in Salavan province:

1.      Napoulao village, Kongsedone district, Salavan province, Lao PDR

2.      Tanpiew village, Kongsedone district

Lot 3: Evacuation Shelters in Champasak province:

1.      Solonoy village, Xanasomboun district

2.      Photak village, Pakse district

3.     Hae village, Pakse district

  • An evacuation shelter with a total floor area of 528.25m2, comprising civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) works, as well as mechanical, electrical, and drainage systems.
  • An WC Building with a total floor area of 63.7m2, comprising civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) works, as well as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system.
  • A kitchen building with a total floor area of 47.8m2, comprising civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) works, as well as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system.
