Local Trainer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparing and holding training courses for beneficiaries according to a prepared plan, alternating between literacy lessons and ( Arabic/ Kurdish/English/ Turkish) lessons.
• Provide course material to participants.
• Identification of curricula relevant to specific age groups/level and providing relevant technical inputs.
• Ensure that the lessons are planned and delivered in a highly participative and interactive.
• Ensure that the training schedule is consistent with the contract and class schedule.
• Participate in the regular meeting with the team when required.
• Adaptation to the local context Methodologies and techniques are fully understood.
• Preparation of documents during training sessions (attendance sheet, pre and post tests, …. etc.)
• Any other duties as requested by line manager.
