Are you the person God is calling to be the next Priest-in-Charge of the Middle Marches Benefice; a group of seven parishes set in the beautifully scenic and deeply rural countryside of South West Shropshire?

 

We are seeking someone with the gifts, experience and calling to:

 

  • Grow our congregations in faith and numbers.

  • Equip us to share our faith with those around us.

  • Help us to develop our prayer and pastoral care.

  • Work positively with us on LLF and PLF, acknowledging the varying views of our parishes.

  • Identify and support others in their calling, vocations and ministries.

We can offer you the support of:

 

  • A part-time Benefice Administrator.

  • A team of commissioned Lay Local Worship Leaders.

  • Experienced Churchwardens and volunteers to help with services.

  • Service rotas designed to reduce mileage on Sundays.
