UNDP kindly requests your quotation for the Meeting Venue and conference facilities  as per our requirements below:  

Event: Workshop in Mahe, Seychelles 

Date: 26-28 May, 2026

Duration: Full day

No. of Participants for workshop: 60

Catering Services:

1.       Morning Tea/coffee break from 8:30am to 9:15am, 

2.      Lunch

3.      Afternoon Tea/coffee break from 3:00pm to 4:00pm

  • Please provide a selection of mixed savory and sweet options, healthy choices (including vegetarian options), and fresh fruit.
  • All food items should be clearly labeled.

Seating style: 60 participants for three days, arranged in a banquet-style seating layout

            Setup Requirements and Amenities:

·        a built-in projector and screen

·        Internet services

·        Writing Pads & Pens, Water and Sweets
