Introduction

The contractor shall be responsible for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a comprehensive ICT and security infrastructure, encompassing network infrastructure, a complete CCTV system, a digital addressable fire alarm system, and an integrated access control system. This scope includes the provision of all data outlets, fire-resistant cabling, patch panels, racks, and active equipment, all of which must be clearly identified and labeled according to an approved standardized scheme. The contractor must ensure full compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and international standards (such as NFPA and EN), providing technical samples for approval and coordinating all installation locations and configurations with the site engineer. To ensure a successful handover, the contractor is required to provide a complete documentation package—including certified testing and commissioning reports, as-built drawings, updated network diagrams, and operation and maintenance manuals—alongside specialized training for users and administrators to ensure the systems are delivered in a complete and fully operational state.

The total duration for project execution and completion is 2 weeks.
