Oldfield Outfitters
The Oldfield Outfitters Center is now accepting applications for a summer internship position. The ideal candidate will be a college student pursuing a degree in either hospitality, outdoor recreation, ecology, marine science, biology or another related field.
Daily activities will include assisting the staff naturalist with the upkeep of the nature center, assisting members and guests with kayaks and paddleboards, developing and implementing outdoor activities for kids and adults, assisting with archery, dolphin education and cruises, pond fishing, nature crafts and other outdoor/nature-based summer camp activities.
A stipend of $2,500 will be awarded at the successful completion of the two-month internship. ($1,250 in June, $1,250 in July)
