Your team
Your role
- assist with solution design involving workflow management, AI capabilities, integrations and reporting;
- support the evaluation of technology options and proofs of concept;
- contribute to process modelling, user journeys and future-state operating models;
- coordinate with stakeholders from business and IT areas;
- support Mendix low-code development;
- support web development (Node.js) and AI development (Python).
Qualifications, experience and skills
- a bachelor’s degree or higher in information systems, computer science, business information systems, data science, engineering, digital transformation, business analytics or a related field;
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- proficiency in JavaScript, Python, C#, Java or another programming language;
- excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- attention to detail;
- an ability to structure complex information and present findings clearly;
- a very good knowledge of the MS Office package;
- an advanced (C1) command of English and an intermediate (B1) command of at least one other official language of the EU, according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
- familiarity with business analysis and low-code platforms (e.g. Mendix);
- an interest in multilingual communication.
