Trainer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Trainer will be providing 5 days training for group of companies Managers/HRs/Admins.
• Prepare training materials and make sure it adequately covers the objectives of the workshop.
• Gather required training material.
• Train beneficiaries on how to deal with Human rights / ILO standards / Child labor and Iraqi labor law and PSEA.
• Prepare a detailed training program, including a clear methodology and proposed tools. The training must adopt a participatory and interactive approach.
