Consular assistance is a core priority for the UK Government, and issuing Emergency Travel Documents (ETDs) is a major part of how we support British nationals overseas. The Emergency Travel Document Centre operates as a global hub across Singapore, Madrid and Mexico, offering near round the clock support across time zones for people who need to travel urgently but cannot use their full validity passport.

You will help process ETD applications for individuals whose passports are lost, stolen, damaged or expired, working mainly with online applicants but occasionally assisting people in person.
