Our flagship product, Chemycal.com, is visited by 10,000+ companies monthly and we feature among our subscribers leading companies in their industries. Chemycal.com combines IT technologies and human expertise to collect information from thousands of sources worldwide, classify it and deliver it in a customised manner to clients across multiple sectors.
We are now planning to expand our remote multinational team and we are looking for a Junior Regulatory Content Manager to further strengthen our monitoring capabilities.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Define strategies to expand our monitoring capabilities in regard to regulatory developments for new industries and regions of interest
- Continuously review and identify new information sources to be monitored to capture latest regulatory trends
- Coordinate and supervise our remote team in charge of the detection and selection of new information. Train new team members
- Review, classify and publish new information detected via our administrative dashboard
- Analyze the impact of the new regulatory updates in regards to our client’s industry
- Design, measure and keep up to date suitable KPI models to measure the quality and efficiency of our data management processes
- Actively participate in internal status meetings and discussions
- Continuously detect and propose new areas of improvement of information monitoring systems to increase our quality of service and efficiency
Your profile background and profile
- Completed scientific education (Master)
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in regulatory areas
- Knowledge of institutions and legislative processes in EU, US and/or Asia;
- Excellent computer and analytical skills, including great knowledge of excel;
- Great capacity to independently organise your time and diligently complete tasks respecting deadlines;
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English;
- Strong interest in exploring worldwide news on regulations from multiple sources including governments, NGOs, industry and academia;
