Work directly with grantor or entity to ensure deliverables fall within applicable scope and budget. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
-Meet with grantor, consultants and stakeholders to clarify specific requirements for each project.
-Manage implementation of the ABA’s deliverables under the Cooperative Agreement/Grant.
-Develop comprehensive project plans designed to satisfy the objectives and meet the requirements of stakeholders and programs. Share project plans with grantor, consultants and other stakeholders gaining feedback and ensuring plan is modified, when appropriate.
-Distribute project plans, delegating project tasks based on consultants’ individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.
-Track project performance, communicating regularly with project teams, and delivering updates to stakeholders. Analyze performance to ensure successful completion of short and long-term goals.
-Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project, as needed, based upon financials.
-Performs other related duties as required.

Required Education, Qualifications, Experience
-Possession of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
-At least five years’ experience in project management, with at least five years’ experience in developing
proposed programs for adult learning, educational program and curriculum planning, publishing, marketing, research, administration, and project management is required.
-Previous experience in budget management to include reporting, analysis, and budget compliance.
-Outstanding written and verbal communications skills with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely
-Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Preferred Education, Qualifications, Experience
-J.D. preferred
-Certificates indicating formal training in such areas as distance learning, event management, association management, marketing, finance or research preferred, as appropriate.
-An ability to be professional and diplomatic and relate well with individuals at all levels.
-Excellent organization and time management skills.
-Experience in criminal and civil justice systems and substance abuse. Good understanding of DUI/Drug Courts.
-Previous experience with federal grants and adult learning.
