In this context, this Call for Proposal (CFP) is open for national/local Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to implement an integrated project building on the results of the SLMQ project and in line with its objectives. The proposed project is also intended to reinforce and build the capacity of the NGO to sustain its operations beyond the duration of the project.
