The Role
This exciting opportunity will provide space to learn Oxfam programmes and the individual will contribute while providing support to the programme teams, country programme close out advisor and country director on knowledge management, internal and external communication, administration support including logistics of calls, organise regular and ad-hoc meetings; preparation of minutes and summaries actions to be taken; track progress on planned tasks/activities and follow-up with focal points. The Management support Officer will work in close collaboration with the operations, programme, MEAL and projects’ staff in the country office in Pakistan.
What we are looking for
- Master’s degree in social or development field
- Minimum 2 years’ Experience in Programme, coordination and communication
- Experience in high level organizational skills, including experience organizing self and others, coordinating, and initiating work arrangements with minimal supervision and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Demonstrated high level communication skills including the ability to initiate and respond to various correspondence
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills including the ability to work independently, flexibly, and collaboratively as part of a team,
- Demonstrated experience knowledge management and administrative task
- Demonstrated experience of records management in accordance with set standards
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
