We are searching for a Recruiting Manager who will manage and develop Coursera’s regional APAC talent team.  In partnership with local business leaders, you will be responsible for planning and executing the recruiting strategies that ensure we are meeting our primary hiring objectives. 

Responsibilities:

    • Manage a lean and dynamic team, with a focus on skill development, hit quarterly hiring goals, and use data to guide your decision making 
    • Develop effective org level sourcing strategies for skills and diversity through internal channels and external partnerships 
    • Partner closely with internal teams to building sourcing and employer brand strategies to build proactive talent pipelines 
    • Develop interview process for leadership candidates leveraging, behavioral assessments, and industry best practices and trains managers internally on interview practices and techniques 
    • Reinforce team performance goals/metrics and timelines by leveraging readily available tools to measure and manage progress.
    • Assist team as an experienced negotiator with ability to drive positive outcomes across all levels, domains, and regions 

Basic Qualifications:

    • 7+ years of recruiting experience
    • 2+ years direct people leadership experience
    • Experience building, coaching, and managing a recruiting team

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Previous experience developing hiring strategies
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
    • Experience working in global organizations
