Job Summary/General Purpose of Job
Conceptualize and execute assigned marketing engagement tactics efforts to attract and/or retain members of the Association.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)
Assist in development and execution of marketing campaigns across integrated channels including email, social, web, direct mail, and telemarketing.
Support team recruitment and/or retention efforts through outreach/campaigns, managing end to end campaign needs including planning, collaborating across teams, identifying target audience, copywriting, designing collateral, ensuring creative alignment with brand standards, testing and deployment, and program reporting and analysis. Proactively research the market, analyze trends to help define the team’s marketing strategy, and provide recommendations for tactics and optimization. Write, proofread, and edit creative content across different mediums.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure thoughtful and accurate campaign and KPI measurement.
Monitor vendor/partner performance to ensure compliance with expectations and service level agreements.
Complete outreach/campaign duties as directed by supervisor.
Perform other related duties as required.
Required Education, Qualifications, Experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
At least four years of business experience.
Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail.
Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
Strong business acumen.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Education, Qualifications, Experience
Experience with data analytics.
Basic knowledge of marketing automation and graphic design software.
Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM and/or online lead generation techniques.
Familiarity with HTML and/or web development software.
