Eco-Business is Asia Pacific’s leading independent media organisation dedicated to reporting on sustainable development and responsible business in the region.
We offer research and consulting services that help businesses gain a deeper understanding of their markets and the issues most relevant to them. We also provide content consultancy for sustainability-related events and organise bespoke high-level roundtables for our clients.
We are looking for a competent, dynamic individual to support the Marketing and Partnerships team in data-entry and data-mining. Your role involves mining new contacts, uploading new contacts from the team, updating contacts from emails and cleansing records on Dynamics and Campaign Monitor. This includes processing big data files on Microsoft Excel and ensuring records are correctly uploaded. Training with our platforms will be provided on-the-job.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing.
Responsibilities include:
- Mining for new contacts
- Uploading and updating contact information on Dynamics and Campaign Monitor
- Regularly check and cleanse inbox for new contact information
Requirements include:
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Digital savvy
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Based in Singapore and willing to start in August 2021
- Willing to work for 3-4 hours from Monday to Friday, remotely
