Opportunity Summary:

We have an incredible opportunity for a Media Buyer to join or Broadcast department!  This Media Buyer researches, negotiates, and places television, radio, and other media ads for the ministry. This position coordinates, produces, and analyzes reports that illustrate the results of broadcast marketing campaigns.  Also, this Media Buyer coordinates public service announcement (PSA) campaigns, and determines which stations to contact for public service announcements based upon available market data.  If you are searching more than just a job, but a Career with lasting impact, come see how we accomplish that!

Job Requirements:

• Maintains a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ.
• Researches market trends and household potentials using marketing resource tools and previous advertising campaign results to determine the potential response for future advertising campaigns.
• Coordinates public service announcement (PSA) campaigns as requested. Determines which stations to contact for public service announcements based upon available market data. Coordinates distribution of PSA materials to radio and television stations. 
• Negotiates and places radio, television, and other media time buys in national and local markets.  
• Strategizes with other departments on cross-platform campaigns. 
• Communicates with Broadcast department leadership and post-production staff to plan radio, TV, and other spot content for maximum results. 
• Assigns toll-free phone lines for production pieces and performs periodic test calls. 
• Provides direction and procedures to the Donor Response team for television and radio lines and campaigns that incorporate a toll-free number. 
• Facilitates billing for the Broadcast department media buy campaigns.
