Job Summary/General Purpose of Job
Manages defined efforts to attract and/or retain members of the ABA through the development, deployment, and management of campaigns and other outreach methods
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)
Responsible for achieving assigned campaign membership and campaign dues revenue targets.
Leads vendor RFPs, bid evaluation and vendor selection.
Monitors expense budget and ledger entries, investigates variances, and takes appropriate corrective actions.
Interprets campaign strategy, establishes work plan with deadlines, secures resources and guides implementation.
Works with staff to implement necessary data infrastructure.
Selects and orients vendors/partners necessary to execute outreach/campaign efforts.
Develops and executes campaigns/outreach as directed by supervisor.
Monitors campaign and project reports and identifies necessary tactical changes to improve performance.
Provides coaching, counseling, feedback, performance appraisal and, where necessary, applies discipline to a team of assigned staff.
Performs other related duties as required.
Required Education, Qualifications, Experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
At least six years of business experience.
Advanced skill in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Education, Qualifications, Experience
Basic skill with HTML and/or web development software.
Previous experience with design software.
Previous work experience in an association and/or NGO business model.
